I was speaking to an individual the other day and the conversation came up about being ready for a disaster and what he and I would do if something like this were to happen.
Immediately, Katrina came to mind and how the people there were not ready for such a thing to happen, but what if something like that were to happen again in the United States, today?
Well what can I say, because we just had an underwear bomber who was going to enter into his believed netherworld as a eunuch to mesmerize his many virgins.
Back on point, we spoke about having ‘to go bags or emergency boxes’ that were already prepared for such an emergency, and I know that there are some people who have such prepared just in case, as do I.
It’s not that I’m expecting something to happen; it’s just that no one really knows when a disaster or an emergency will strike.
But the bigger question is, ‘Where do we go and what do we do if a disaster were to happen?’
Is the city where we live prepared to respond to such an incident or greater catastrophe at a moment’s notice?
New Orleans was supposed to be, but as it turned out, it was far from being prepared. I know that the First Responders in our cities do practice drills as does the military, BUT..?
Will our local ‘First Responders’ be there to direct the traffic out of town or will they direct us to a staging area out in the middle of nowhere to a ready prepared site, much like the people were directed to the ‘Super Dome’ of Katrina? Not that the Super Dome was out in the middle of nowhere.
Will FEMA come in and take control of the situation and make our local ‘First Responders’ step down because FEMA is supposed to be more ready to handle emergencies than First Responders?
Will all who refuse to cooperate with FEMA be designated as ‘Enemy Combatants’ if we refuse to cooperate with FEMA?
Will all of the men and young boys be forced to handle the clean-up of the mess from the holocaust, under the direction of FEMA guards?
Will the women and young children remain interned in that desolate area somewhere to clean, and keep the place prepared for the returning workforce in the evening?
The next question is would all of our personal belongs, food, currency, and weapons (should we have one) be confiscated from us and the food and clothing rationed back to us as a group of interned individuals?
In these situations, the President can order Marshal Law, since it has precedence already from the 1987 Iran-Contra Scandal.
What happened at that time was a plan was devised that the Constitution would be suspended and martial law would be imposed, internment camps set up and the government turned over to the President and FEMA.
Again in 1987, it was reported that FEMA had plans to combat a national uprising by African-American militants, and was able to provide detention for at least 21 million people.
Even plans were in the process for the military to be deployed on American streets, and that’s why the U.S. Military had created a Northern Command to aid Homeland Security.
You say it couldn’t happen? What happened in 1941? Japanese-American citizen were rounded up and placed in detention or concentration camps.
What happened in New Orleans in 2005 when Katrina struck?
Today there are rumors about military training in California for the coming incarceration of American citizens.
Talk about Interpol being exempt in some circumstances; yet the United Nations is exempt from all, because the U.S. is a member and therefore their troops can come on UN soil, which we are, and take control.
Rumors are running rampant and spreading like wildfire, and each have to be checked out naturally, but make sure it’s a reliable source.
Are you ready? Will it be in 2010?
Remember, it’s our job as Oath Keepers to make sure that those who enforce the law know what the law is, because those who are sworn in may not know the fullness of their oath, because the domestic enemy is hidden within.
Remember, some of these Oath Takers may not know that the Constitution of the United States prohibits the internment of Americans without charges or trial.
Furthermore, they may not care that it states that this internment would be acts of war and treason against the American people, regardless of the legal pretext that the domestic enemy insist is Constitutional.
What would we as citizens of the United States do if this would happen to us? Could it happen to We the People is a better question.
There are many naysayers out there trying to play this down, and if we are unaware, tomorrow we could be…
As Oath Keepers, we must reach out to our local First Responders, our National Guard, our local Military personnel so they know that they do not have to obey an unlawful order, according to the Constitution, because our socialist public school system doesn’t want We the Free People to know the truth.

Obama Gags Freedom of Speech, Just the Beginning
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, under the direction of 'The Socialist Department of Health and Human Services Secretary' Kathleen Sebelius, has ordered Humana, a private health benefit company, to stop disseminating information critical of President Barack Obama’s health reform plans.
Well, well, well. I've been wondering how long it would take for our Socialist Governmental Idiots to begin setting a precedent to disassemble our Living Constitution.
Not only has this American hating, lying, muslim loving president destroyed our freedom of entrepreneurialship by taking over companies that have nothing to do with his position as president, he is on the q.t. destroying the foundation of this Country.
He has already spent more money than all of the preceding presidents before him, and he hasn't come close to stopping yet. Why? Because the United Nations wants a One World Economy and they’re pushing Obama-idiot to accomplish this for them.
Back to the news at hand, a Senate Republican statement said, “America’s seniors and the health plans that serve them (seniors) deserve to have their free speech rights respected.”
I think that it's about time these 'scaredy-cat' Republicans get some "BALLS" and stand up to these RED, Goose-Stepping, Brown Shirt Democrats.
And I think that the Radical Right will begin to grow weary of both clowns, the right and the left and take matters into their own hands, and American will look like Iran did this past Summer.
I hear constant rumors of this, but until I see it happen, they remain rumors.
Continuing, 'the precedent determined that stifling this communication “would violate basic freedom of speech and other constitutional rights of the Medicare beneficiary as a citizen.” Since reform-leading Obama took office, this precedent has apparently been overturned.'
“Now, the Obama administration has reversed this longstanding HHS decision — in the midst of a critical debate about the future of health care services in our country — to shut down communication between private companies and America’s seniors on an issue that has a direct impact on their health care,” Senate Republicans said.
“Your department has done this by imposing an industry-wide gag order without apparent justification or basis in law, contradicting your past public guidance and the plain language and spirit of the First Amendment, among the most sacred tenets of our democracy,” Senate Republicans continued.
Congressman Dave Camp (R-Michigan), the top Republican on the House Ways and Means Committee, has written a letter to CMS, asking the agency to explain why it issued the “gag order”, and why the order only applies to opponents of President Obama’s healthcare plan.
Camp continued, “It really is unprecedented that you would say seniors don’t have a right to know, that you would prevent them from getting the kind of information they need to be informed about what’s going to happen to their benefits. And according to the Congressional Budget Office, their benefits are going to be reduced, or they’re going to have higher co-pays if in fact either the House or Senate healthcare bill passes.”
In my point of view, this is a day late and a dollar short as is usual for the Republican Party.

This takes balls to stand and say things like this or the call the Idiot in the President's chair a liar, and I think that it’s about time.

Knoxville (WVLT) - The District Attorney General of Knox County announced the list of charges facing now five suspects in the double murder of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom.
The District Attorney General Randy Nichols is not saying whether or not he will seek the death penalty, but he does say the State will seek conviction for all charges filed in a 24-page indictment from theKnox County Grand Jury.
Lemaricus Davidson, 25 , faces a total of 46 charges..
Letalvis Cobbins, 24 , faces a total of 46 charges.
George Thomas, 24 , faces a total of 46 charges.
Vanessa Coleman, 18 , faces 40 Tennessee state charges.
Eric Boyd, 24 , also arrested in connection with the fatal car jacking, only faces federal charges as an accessory after the fact.

Where's Al Sharpton, O and Jesse Jackson? Are they providing counsel and help to the families of the victims?

Obama and Cheney are Cousins
COUSINS? Obama and Cheney? Couldn't be. Oops!! It is, BIG TIME.
This ain't no joke. No Wonder everything is screwed up in Washington.
This all happened when Lynne Cheney uncovered the cousin ties between the Obama and Cheney while researching her ancestry.
And when the Obama camp heard this, spokesman Bill Burton responded for Obama, who wants to be the first black U.S. president, offered a tongue-in-cheek response. “Every family has a black sheep,” ’
Just let a white person say this and BANG, you're a RACIST. And guess who will be playing the "Race Card?" You're right, the hateful Democrats. I haven't heard any of the Republicans nor Independents calling each other RACIST nor have I heard either of these two calling the Democrats that name.
What I find ironic is that the Democrats were the politicians who didn't want the blacks to be set free from slavery. That's why the Civil War was started, and in the end the Northerner's won the war and set the slaves free.
Still, it wasn't the regular run of the mill Republicans, it was the Radical Right. The same Radical Right who are out protesting what's going on in Washington at the Tea Parties. These are the people who manned the "Underground Railway," who gave their lives to move the black slaves from the hateful KKK governed South, Northward.
But I'm sure that's not why the Democrats call the Republicans 'Racist.' The Democrats are calling the people who fled from the KKK backed Democratic Party to the Republican party -- the 'Dixiecrats' -- racist.
I believe this to be true only because the 'TRUE BLOOD' KKK-Democrats didn't have the guts to be human and see every person to be a freeborn person under the US Constitution. In other words, they were hypocrites.
But let's get back to the story of the 'Eight Cousins.
Lynne Cheney told MSNBC in an interview, “This is such an amazing American story that one ancestor ... could be responsible down the family lines for lives that have taken such different and varied paths as Dick’s and Barack Obama .”
But that's not necessarily true, since a family can have different political standings and bicker all day and night over something as stupid as these two already do.
Ginny Justice, a spokeswoman for Lynne Cheney said, "Senator Obama, D-Ill., is a descendent of Mareen Duvall. This French Huguenot’s son married the granddaughter of a Richard Cheney, who arrived in Maryland in the late 1650s from England."
From sources, it's noted that Lynne Cheney did not reference the ancestral ties between her husband and Obama in the book.
And I personally don't blame her. Who would want to be associated to such a loser as Obama who isn't qualified to wipe a pig's butt.

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College.
Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro,
received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school.
The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California.
The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.
To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking.
Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim.
The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as president.
When reached for comment in London , where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue.
Britain 's Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K.
In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey.
This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.
Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualifications to serve as president.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending.
This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records.
Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.

What I want to know as a Patriotic, Free Born, American Citizen, why are these CORRUPT American politicians selling out my Country?

Lonnie G. Bunch III said about his Black American Museum, "It is to bring issues like slavery and segregation down to a human scale so you feel like you are in somebody's backyard hearing personal stories of the past."
I say that's fine as long as he shows how the Blacks were hated and coerced by the KKK led Democrats to remain their slaves.
What do I mean?
It's very simple. It all began with the The Emancipation Proclamation January 1, 1863. All blacks were free to live as the rest of the known States United of that time. Of course, as politicians hold true to their deceptive roots, the slaves were not truly free as the whites, because they like the women were not allowed to vote.
Yet it was a step in the right direction. The reason this was like that was because of the KKK and their buddies of the Southern Democrats. They are the same today. It's hard to get rid of the ghost in your closet. Today, it’s the commie or socialist democrats and their buddies the socialist and commie unions.
In the beginning the unions were needed to help the nation grow, but the KKK and Democrats grabbed a hold, like they've done thu the years to all good things and turned it into CRAP.
I've gotten off track a little, but background info is always important to show who's who and all of the dirty laundry. If it hadn't been for the RADICAL RIGHT -- those know as DOMESTIC TERRORIST -- thanks to the Obama Criminal Administration's belief, the blacks would still be slaves.
Today, the Radical Right is still trying to keep America free, but most of the people in the USA today are brainwashed into believing that black is white and white is black and the color grey doesn't exist unless it's the area where the KKK-Democrats can hide.

Racism 2009
I can't help by shake my head as I listen to the IDIOTS of the Democratic Party when they open their mouth. The first word that comes out of their mouth, whether they are black or white is the word "Racism" when something they don't like or want to here about through instructions. These Idiots already think that they know everything but by and large they are ten cents short when it comes to brains. They, for one, are America's Privigled Criminals who are allowed to walk about freely and flont their crimes and dare anyone to throw it up in thier faces. The first word that they say is, "Racist" whether it has anything or not to do with racism. It's their stop the presses word that's suppose to stop you from going any further with the discussion that they're losing. They're so inept that they can't carry on a debate or conversaiton without being stumped as to what to say during a conversation. And people think that I'm rude because I don't talk to them. I only talk to people if I have something to say. If there's nothing to say, I don't open my mouth and show how big of a fool I am by saying nothing about nothing. That's what I like about writing. If I mess up in writing, I just backspace and erase what I wrote and start again. When you open you mouth, what you say can not be taken back, because the egg on your face wears off very slowly. So now that I've slammed the Democrats you must think that I'm a Republican. NOPE!! I'm not. I don't want to belong to either political party, because they're both the same; liars, cheaters, backsliders, and the list goes on and on. I vote for whom I want, and back whom I want and not by what some lying politician says. So how does this comes back to racism? Beats the heck out of me, but one thing I know is that if you're a Democrat, you're gonna use that word to stop the conversation. If you're a Republican, you can always run and hide and swear that you never did anything wrong.

Guns registered with the IRS - Get Ready for the FIGHT

Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It will require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun.
This bill was introduced on Feb.. 24, 2009, by the Obama staff. BUT . . this bill will only become public knowledge 30 days after the new law becomes effective ! This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act o f 1986. This means that the Finance Committee has passed this without the Senate voting on it at all. Trust Obama ? ..... you must be kidding !

Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18. -They would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.

Our Social Security and the Democratic Party of Theives
Here's what amazes me the most about the Democratic Party and the people of the United States. First off, the people elected a President who is, in my estimations, a CLOWN. He has NO track record, yet the Democratic Party praises people like this -- people who have not experience. If you look at our work force in this country, you find that most of these people in the workforce are dunces also. STUPID is a better word. Second: It was the Democratic Party and their affliate the KKK who didn't want the slaves to be freemen and women. It was the Radical Right that championed this issue, but the Democratic Party trys to claim that it was them -- the Haters of the African-American peoples. IT WAS THE REPUBLICAN CONSERVATIVE RIGHT who was responsible for abolishing slavery. Third: Why are there more Blacks in the Democratic Party than in the Republican Party? Because in the early days, the Democratic Party continued its KKK ideology and threatened the Black people by the intimidation of killing by hanging, beheading, fire, and every imaginable way they could think of, and the Blacks had no choice but to surrender. The Republicans were so stupid to let this happen and now they have lost everything, according to my thinking. NOW: if you don't think that this is possible, answer me this question: Robert Byrd is a Democratic Senator and has been in the Senate since his KKK days. Why hasn't he been called to task? Why is he a free man? Franklin Delano Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced Social Security (FICA) Program.
He Promised:
1.) That participation in the Program would be completely voluntary,
2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual incomes into the Program,
3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year,
4.) That the money the participants put into the Independent 'Trust Fund' rather than into the General Operating Fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program, and
5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income.
Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a Social Security check every month -- and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal Government to 'Put Away' -- you may be interested in the following:
If I recall correctly, 1958 is the first year that Congress, not President Eisenhower, voted to remove funds from Social Security and put it into the General Fund for Congress to spend.
If I recall correctly, it was a democratically controlled Congress.
From what I understand, Congress' logic at that time was that there was so much money in Social Security Fund that it would never run out or be used up for the purpose it was intended and set aside for.
Question: Which Political Party took Social Security from the Independent 'Trust Fund' and put it into the General Fund so that Congress could spend it?
Answer: It was Lyndon B. Johnson, a Democrat, and the democratically Controlled House and Senate.
Question: Which Political Party eliminated the income tax deduction for Social Security (FICA) withholding?
Answer: The Democratic Party.
Question: Which Political Party started taxing Social Security annuities?
Answer: The Democratic Party, with Albert Arnold Gore, Jr. (Al Gore) casting the 'tie-breaking' deciding vote as President of the Senate, while he was Vice President of the US.
Question: Which Political Party decided to start giving Annuity payments to immigrants?
AND MY FAVORITE:
Answer: That's right! JAMES EARL CARTER, JR. (JIMMY CARTER) of the Democratic Party .
Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65, began to receive social security payments: the Democratic Party gave these payments to them, even though they never paid a dime into it!
Then, after violating the original contract (FICA), the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans want to take your Social Security away!

Why can't the Democrats and Obama understand that WE the PEOPLE don't want some second hand crappy health care that THEY DON'T even want? I find it amazing that so many intelligent or supposed to be intelligent people DON'T seem to care or truly understand the simple English language of WE the PEOPLE, when we say NO!! to government run health care.
Let healthcare stay were it's at, but use your 'Stupidly' wise 'Health Czar' to figure out a way to supervise the health care insurance companies, medical doctors, specialist, and all of the other idiots in this SCAMMING field. But I know that that won't happen, becuase there to much money for the Communist / Socialist style government that the federal government is now trying to be.
Next, they'll be wanting to euthanize and eulogize us old farts before our time. Don't trust any government unless it's open for all to see and investigate. No hidden agendas and term limits for all. Term limits for two years for all. Any longer is sabotage for the People.

April’s Fool
I find it funny that April Fool’s Day came on January 20th this year, and everybody was celebrating in the streets while Obama was being sworn in as the President of Fools.
If you don’t believe me, ask anybody in a foreign country and they’ll tell you the same thing, and it will remain so until he can pull the transparent wool over their eyes.
Of course, one doesn’t need to ask any foreigner that question, especially since our great administration’s Attorney General thinks somewhat the same way; that we are a “Nation of Cowards.”
The first African-American attorney general, Eric Holder, boldly stated that America is “a Nation of Cowards” when discussing race, because we only mix with each other when we’re at work.
Can you translate that for me, because I’m not that swift since I didn’t get an affirmative action law degree, nor was I born into a rich family, nor was the silver spoon inserted at birth.
Come on, let me hear your foolish rants, “You racist, how dare you talk like that, especially about our president and his administration.”
First, I’m not a race-baiter like the many that are out there (like Democrats) and get free passes, for my family is an interracial family just like my president, but unlike my “white” vice-president.
Secondly, I’m also qualified to receive affirmative action monies for whatever, so it appears as if my opponents are the fools – again.
I wonder if Michelle, as ‘First Lady’, is still proud of her country or if she now thinks that we’re a “Nation of Cowards” too or if she was “slapped” with a gag order regarding this issue?
Every photo op that I see of President Obama, Michelle, and the children, there seems to be an absence of white people, so does this mean that they are the “Cowardly First Family?”
Now there is a mixture of people when I see them at work in the White House or at a speaking engagement, but according to Attorney General Holder, that’s normal at work but not at home

What the heck am I gonna get to do with my politically foolish $13 a week, except to pay higher taxes, thanks to our transparent president who refuses to prove his American citizenship.
When the Bush administration gave out a $600 stimulus last year, the Democrats really ranted; however, with Obama’s stimulation we get flipped off while the tax cheating Dems cheer and their cronies get billions of dollars in bonuses.
This year, the Democrats have already spent more money than George W. did in the last seven years, for Katrina, for Iraq and for Afghanistan; therefore, stimulate that.
I can hear the left wing bomb throwers already, “Blah, blah, blah”; but what they don’t know and yet show how stupid they are, Obama isn’t going to change how budgeted items are allocated.
Michelle Obama, for one, said that this $13 "doesn't pay down every bill every month".
For the “First Lady” you’re really smart Michelle; did you get your new diamond earrings to match that rare $30,000 diamond-encrusted rhodium ring that Barak gave you, so you’d shut up?
A trinket that “Main Street” could never afford in the good economic times, let alone in these bad economic times.
So, what will I do with my HUGE rebate, thanks to our generous millionaire President and his millionaire lackeys in Congress, who are out of touch with Main Street?
Will I spend it like the one that George W. gave me last year or will I put it under my mattress, since I don’t trust any of the “nationalized banks” which are managed by the federal government?
Let’s look a little closer at that statement.
George W. wanted we Americans to stimulate the economy even though the “Do Nothing Congress” refused to work with him, and yet I did my part for “My Country.”
Yes, I did my part to help others keep their jobs, and that is spending money, even though I could be unemployed at anytime, since the economy is still in the toilet, thanks to this administration.
So, am I going to spend my $13 a week on my new truck payment which I bought to stimulate the economy, or am I gonna be able to “pay down every bill every month?”
I overheard entrepreneurs talking about how Obama was destroying America, and that he with his egalitarianism is causing a complete collapse of the local economic system through his fear mongering and incoherent mismanagement.
And so I understand that tens of thousands will be turning out to throw a rebellious TEA party on April 15 to protest the wasteful government spending of this out of touch administration.
In other words, “taxation without representation;” something that these brain dead political lawyers should already know about.
This April protest is inspired by the Boston Tea Party of December 1773, an incident which protested British taxation on the American colonies without representation in Parliament.
From what the invitations state, everybody is invited, because Thomas Jefferson said, “A little rebellion now and then is a good thing.”
If you don’t believe me, ask anybody in a foreign country and they’ll tell you the same thing, and it will remain so until he can pull the transparent wool over their eyes.
